Management Team

Mr. Benjamin Owusu is the CEO with over twenty years of rural banking experience. He holds an Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration from KNUST and BA Social Work with Psychology from the Univeristy of Ghana.

Mr. Appiagyei Gyamfi is the Operations Manager with over 15years of experience. He holds MSC Economics, Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration and BSC Mathematics; all from Kwame Nkrumah Univeristy of Science and Technology (KNUST).

Mr. Adjei has over 18 years of experience in the banking industry. He is a certified member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Ghana (IIAG). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Cape Coast and an MBA in Banking and Finance from the Valley View Univeristy.

Ms. Yvonne Asante is the Head of Credit Department of Atiwa Rural Bank PLC.She has twenty years of experience in the Banking industry. She holds an MBA in Financial Risk Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Management Studies.

Mrs. Bruce has over 10years working experience as an Administrator and Human Resource Practictioner. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management. She holds a B.A in English and Philosophy and a Master of Arts in HR Management, both from the University of Cape Coast.

Mr. Thomas Amponsah has over 13 years of experience in the banking industry. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Cape Coast and an MBA in Banking and Finance from the Valley View Univeristy.

Mr. Brako has over 10 years experience in the banking industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Philosophy from University of Ghana and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Finance and Investment from KNUST.

Mr. Fred Oppong has over 5 years experience in the banking industry. He holds a BSc. in Computer Engineering from KNUST, a Post Graduate Certificate in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) and a Certified Data Protection Supervisor(CDPS).
