Mr. Samuel Adu Addo is the Board Chairman of Atiwa Community Bank. He is a retired educationist with thirty-one (31) years of experience
rising through the ranks to an Assistant Director of Education.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics with Applied Mathematics from the University of Ghana and
a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Cape Coast.

Mr. Frempong is a Chartered Accountant by Profession and works with the Cocoa Marketing Company as an Audit Manager.
He has over 30years experience in the field of Accountancy and Finance.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Accountants Ghana, holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Univeristy of Ghana,
a Diploma in Forensic Audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Certificate in Procurement.
