Mr. Samuel Adu Addo is the Board Chairman of Atiwa Rural Bank. He is a retired educationist with thirty-one (31) years of experience
rising through the ranks to an Assistant Director of Education.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics with Applied Mathematics from the University of Ghana and
a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Cape Coast.

Mr. Frempong is a Chartered Accountant by Profession and works with the Cocoa Marketing Company as an Audit Manager.
He has over 30years experience in the field of Accountancy and Finance.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Accountants Ghana, holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Univeristy of Ghana,
a Diploma in Forensic Audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Certificate in Procurement.
Ms. Nana Amma Duodu

Ms. Duodu is a social worker with the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development.
She has over the years gained experience in Human Resource Development and Institutional capacity building, project management and social welfare and community development issues in the area of poverty reduction interventions.
She has worked with a couple of bilateral and multilateral funded development projects such as the Ghana Poverty Reduction / Social Investment Fund that focus on poverty reduction issues.
Ms. Duodu's engagement with the Sinapi Aba Trust gave her a rich experience in micro-financing, client orientation and entrepreneurial skills development.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Political Science from University of Ghana.
Mr. Frank Adu-Darteh

Mr. Adu Darteh has served on the Board since 2016 as the Chairman of the Finance and
Administration Committee and a member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee among others.
He is a Cocoa Purchasing Clerk and has a qualification in Royal Society of Arts (RSA) Stage 2.

He has over sixteen (16)years working experience in the Banking Industry where he played various roles.
