Notice is hereby given that the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Atiwa
Rural Bank PLC will be held on 15th November, 2025 At Presbyterian Church Hall,
Kwabeng at 10:00 a.m. to transact the following business:
Agenda
1. To receive and adopt the Report of Directors and the Financial Statements
for the year ended 31st December, 2024 together with the Auditors’ Report thereon.
2. To elect Directors in place of retiring Directors.
3. To approve Director’s remuneration.
4. To authorize Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.
5. To transact any other business appropriate to be dealt with at an Annual General Meeting.
NOTE: A member of the Company entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend
and vote in his/her stead. A proxy need not also be a member of the bank. A form of proxy is provided
in the Bank’s Annual Report and Financial Statements. For it to be valid for the purpose of the meeting,
it must be completed and deposited at the office of Atiwa Rural Bank PLC not less than 48 hours before
the time appointed for holding the meeting.
